ERP integration

Connecting ERPNext to e-commerce and logistics: an ERP integration that ended double data entry

Softwise connected a Lyon distributor's ERPNext instance to its e-commerce storefront and third-party logistics provider. Orders, stock, and invoices now flow automatically in both directions. Staff re-keyed every order before the integration; after it, orders move with no manual entry and stock accuracy on the storefront went from day-old to near real time.

SaaS

From agency prototype to production SaaS: rebuilding a recruitment platform that could not scale

A Dubai recruitment startup came to Softwise with a prototype built fast by a previous vendor: paying customers, weekly outages, and no path to new features. We rebuilt it as a production SaaS using a strangler-pattern migration, moving one module at a time while the old system kept serving customers. Every cutover was reversible and customers never saw a migration.

AI integration

AI inside an existing workflow: automating document intake for an insurance back office

Softwise integrated AI document extraction into a Paris insurance firm's existing claims process without replacing any system the staff used. Incoming claim documents are classified and extracted by a model, verified by staff in a review screen, and pushed into the same back office as before. Every AI output is checked or spot-checked by a human before it touches a claim, and intake that took days now completes in hours.

ERP · Fleet management

Putting a logistics fleet on ERPNext: vehicles, fuel, and maintenance in one system

Softwise built fleet and park management on top of ERPNext for a road-freight company in Tunis running a mixed truck and van fleet. GPS telematics, fuel card transactions, and workshop maintenance were pulled into the ERP the company already used for accounting, so each vehicle carries one running cost figure instead of being tracked across a telematics portal, a fuel supplier statement, and a workshop notebook. Preventive maintenance is scheduled from real odometer readings rather than from memory.
