About

Softwise is a software studio built for one thing: shipping.

20+ in-house engineers. Mobile apps, SaaS, CRM, and ERP.

We design it. We build it. We ship it. We scale it.

No subcontractors. No handoffs. No disappearing after launch.

One accountable team that owns the work from idea to production.

Services

What we build

Five things, one team: the app your customers touch, the systems behind it, and the data that keeps them agreeing.

/001/

MOBILE APPS

Native iOS and Android from developers who ship them weekly. Store release and post-launch fixes included.

What we offer

  • Native iOS
  • Native Android
  • Store release
  • Post-launch care

/002/

SAAS PRODUCTS

Auth, billing, dashboards, and an architecture that survives your next 10x in users. Shipped in tested increments.

What we offer

  • Auth & billing
  • Dashboards
  • Multi-tenant
  • API design

ERP INTEGRATIONS

Data engineers on the same team as the app developers. The integration is designed in, not bolted on.

What we offer

  • ERP wiring
  • Data pipelines
  • Reporting
  • Legacy bridges
Two dark server units standing apart on a matte black surface, joined by a single glowing orange cable arcing between them
/004/

CRM PLATFORMS

Custom CRM builds, and Salesforce or HubSpot wired into the systems your team already uses. Your pipeline and your product data stop disagreeing.

What we offer

  • Custom CRM builds
  • Salesforce & HubSpot
  • Sales pipeline automation
  • Customer data sync
Desktop monitor on a dark desk showing a kanban board: five columns of grey cards, each column headed by a small orange tag
/005/

AUTOMATION & AI

We automate what your people repeat, then add AI where it moves a number you already track.

What we offer

  • Workflow automation
  • AI features
  • Data engineering
  • Model care

Process

Four steps. No mystery.

How it works

Four steps from brief to launch. The scope and the price are agreed before any work starts.

/001/

Map it

We start with a call to understand the product, the stack, and who you are selling to. You leave with a written build plan: scope, sequence, timeline, and what we recommend cutting. It is yours whether or not you hire us.

  • Discovery call
  • Product & stack audit
  • Fixed scope & timeline
  • Written build plan
/002/

Design it

Screens and flows before code, so you approve the product on a screen instead of discovering it in a sprint demo. Design is done by the team that will build it, so nothing gets drawn that cannot ship.

  • User flows
  • UI design
  • Clickable prototype
  • Build-ready handoff
/003/

Build it

Our in-house team ships tested increments you can see and steer. Working software every sprint, not a status deck. Changes get priced against the timeline before anyone writes code.

  • Weekly increments
  • Sprint demos
  • Priced change requests
  • Tested releases
/004/

Launch and grow

We handle the release, then stay on. The same engineers cover scaling, new versions, automation, and AI, in the order the business is ready for them.

  • Store & production release
  • Scaling & new versions
  • Automation and AI
  • Same engineers
Why Softwise

Big enough to deliver. Small enough to care.

Reviews

Client stories.

What working with one accountable team feels like, in our clients' words.

They gave us a date in the first week and hit it. Same three engineers from kickoff to the App Store, and no surprise invoices between.
Youssef Ben SalahFounder · Tunis
Our ERP integration was the part I expected to fail. It went live quietly, and the stock numbers have agreed with finance ever since.
Camille PerrinCOO · Lyon
A year in, the people who built v1 are still the ones answering us. That continuity is why v3 shipped in weeks, not months.
Sarah MacLeodProduct Lead · Toronto
We came with a half-finished app from another vendor. They audited it, told us what to keep, and rebuilt the rest without restarting from zero.
Khalid Al-MansouriCTO · Dubai
The CRM finally talks to our ERP. Sales stopped keeping a private spreadsheet, which tells you more than any status report.
Nadia BouaziziHead of Operations · Riyadh
Weekly builds meant we caught a wrong assumption in week two instead of at launch. That one call probably saved the quarter.

FAQs

Answers to the questions founders actually ask.

How we work, what it costs, and how long it takes. Still stuck? Ask us directly.

Yes. The same engineers stay on your account long after launch. The team is fully in-house, so there is no subcontractor to disappear. Most of our 100+ clients stayed with us past their first release.

Scope and timeline are fixed before we start, backed by 100+ delivered projects. With 20+ developers, mobile, backend, and integration work runs in parallel from week one. Hiring that capacity yourself takes six to nine months before a single release.

We have data engineers on staff who have delivered ERP integrations across three markets. The same team owns the app and the data layer, so the integration is architecture, not a patch at the end. If an integration is a bad idea, we say so during the map phase.

You get a named, permanent in-house team instead of a rotating pool. Day rate is not the number that matters. Rework, a stalled v2, and code nobody can maintain cost more than what you saved per hour. With Softwise, the people on your account in year three are the same ones who built v1.

No. Start with the smallest release that proves the product works, and we will tell you what to cut to get there. Automation, AI, and deeper integrations come later, from the same team, when the numbers justify them.

Neither. 100+ clients and 20+ in-house engineers is the middle tier: enough capacity to deliver on a date, few enough accounts to know your product by name.

Yes. Softwise has delivered projects for 100+ clients across Tunisia, France, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Canada. The team delivers remotely in English, French, and Arabic, with travel to your location when a project calls for it.

Yes. Softwise has delivered for a client in Canada, with delivery in English and French and morning overlap for North American working hours. The team is based in Tunis and works remotely, with travel when a project calls for it.

Both. Softwise builds custom CRM platforms and integrates existing ones such as Salesforce and HubSpot. Because the same in-house team owns the app, the data layer, and the ERP work, the CRM connects to the systems around it instead of becoming another disconnected tool.

A CRM holds the customer relationship, such as leads, deals, and support history. An ERP holds the operational record, such as inventory, orders, and finance. Softwise delivers both and connects them, so the sales pipeline and the operational data stop disagreeing with each other.

Softwise is a development studio, not an agency. Every developer is in-house and works on your project directly. There is no subcontracting and no outsourced work. The team of 20+ engineers handles iOS, Android, data, and AI under one roof.
