Workflow automation and AI development

Softwise builds workflow automation and AI features for companies in Tunisia, France, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Canada. The work starts with the manual steps a team repeats every week, and adds AI only where it changes a number the business already measures. It is delivered by the same engineers who built or maintain the surrounding system.

Capabilities

What this covers

We automate what your people repeat, then add AI where it moves a number you already track.

  • Workflow automation
  • AI features
  • Data engineering
  • Model care

Automation first

Most of the time saved comes from removing repeated manual steps, not from a model. We start there because it is cheaper, faster, and easier to verify.

AI against a real number

An AI feature should move something you already track: response time, error rate, hours spent. If it cannot be tied to one, we will say it is not worth building yet.

Kept running

Models drift and inputs change. The same team stays on to monitor and adjust, rather than delivering something that quietly degrades.

Where

Where we deliver

The same in-house team covers all five. Work is remote by default, with travel when a project calls for it.

Tunisia

Workflow automation and AI development for clients in Tunisia. Head office in Tunis. On-site when a project calls for it.

France

Workflow automation and AI development for clients in France. French-speaking delivery, overlapping working hours with Paris.

Saudi Arabia

Workflow automation and AI development for clients in Saudi Arabia. Arabic and English delivery, aligned to Gulf working hours.

United Arab Emirates

Workflow automation and AI development for clients in United Arab Emirates. Arabic and English delivery, aligned to Gulf working hours.

Canada

Workflow automation and AI development for clients in Canada. English and French delivery, with morning overlap for North American hours.

Automation & AI questions

Usually automation first. Most of the time a team loses goes to repeated manual steps, which automation removes more cheaply and more predictably than a model. Softwise recommends AI only where it moves a metric the business already tracks.

By keeping a person in the loop and validating before go-live. For a Paris insurance firm, Softwise ran document extraction in shadow mode against real claims first, comparing model output to what staff actually recorded, and only went live once that comparison held. In production every extraction is reviewed or spot-checked by staff before it touches a claim.

No, and that is usually the point. The Paris claims work added AI extraction to an existing process without replacing any system the staff worked in: documents are classified, verified in a review screen, and pushed into the same back office as before. Automation that forces a team onto new software tends to be abandoned regardless of how well the model performs.

By agreeing which existing number it should move before building it. Softwise adds AI only where it changes a metric the business already measures, which means the result is checkable against the figure the team was already watching rather than against a claim invented afterwards.
