Growth Hacker at Softwise, remote and worldwide

Softwise is hiring a growth hacker. Run growth experiments on a real pipeline: our content, our search presence, and our outbound. You will measure, keep what works, and kill what does not. The role is full-time, fully remote and open worldwide, on a team of 20+ in-house engineers shipping mobile, SaaS, and ERP products for clients across Tunisia, France, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

What you will do

Ship and measure growth experiments weekly: landing pages, content angles, outreach sequences
Own analytics: define the metrics, instrument them, and report honestly on them
Work on SEO/AEO content with the team that builds the site it lives on
Build small automation to make every experiment cheaper than the last

What we expect on day one

Evidence of self-driven projects: a site you grew, a channel you ran, a list you built
Comfort with numbers, you will live in the analytics, not the adjectives
Clear written English; French or Arabic is a real plus in our markets

Bonus points, not filters

SEO fundamentals (technical, on-page, or link-side)
Any scripting for automation (Zapier, n8n, Python, or similar)
